What we collect

Account details: your email or Google account, and optionally your name and phone number.

Gift content: names, photos, captions, letters and event details you add to a Tapwrap.

Responses: replies and RSVPs that recipients and guests send through your link.

Payment details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details; we only receive a payment reference.

How we use it

To create, store and show your Tapwrap to the people you share it with.

To process payments, provide support and send messages about your order.

To keep the service secure and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos for advertising.

How your photos are protected

Photos are stored in private storage. They're shown only through your gift link using secure links that expire after one hour.

Gift pages are hidden from search engines, and links use random codes that can't be guessed.

How long we keep it

We keep a gift while its link is active. Photos are deleted after the link expires, plus a short grace period. If you delete a gift, its photos are deleted too.

Account and order records may be kept longer where the law requires, for example for tax.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your gifts at any time from My Tapwraps.

To delete your account or get a copy of your data, contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
