Your account

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to create a Tapwrap.

You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and words you upload. You give us permission to store and display them only to deliver your Tapwrap.

Only upload content you have the right to share.

What's not allowed

No explicit, hateful, abusive, threatening or illegal content.

No content that harasses or impersonates someone, or shares another person's private information without consent.

We may disable any gift that breaks these rules, without a refund.

Links and validity

Each plan has a link validity period shown at checkout. After it ends, the link stops opening unless you bought Keep forever.

Edits are allowed for 24 hours after a gift goes live.

Payments

Prices include GST and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Our service

We work hard to keep Tapwrap running, but we can't promise it will always be available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the gift concerned.

Intellectual property

The Tapwrap name, templates, animations and design belong to us. Please don't copy them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
