Refund Policy

When we refund

If your link doesn't work and we can't fix it within 24 hours of you telling us, we refund you in full.

If you were charged twice for the same gift, we refund the extra payment.

When we can't refund

Once the recipient or any guest has opened your Tapwrap, it has been delivered, so it can't be refunded.

We don't refund for typos or changes of mind. You can edit your gift for 24 hours after it goes live.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp or use the Contact page with your email and the gift link. We reply within one working day.

How long it takes

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
